By booking a place on our tours, you are agreeing to our
terms & conditions. Please read the terms & conditions
carefully.
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
The following booking fees apply to confirmed bookings:-
Cancellation within one month of booked tour - 10% of
tour charges.
Cancellation within two weeks of booked tour - 50% of
tour charges
Cancellation within one week of booked tour and no shows
on the day - 100% of tour charges
Executive Limousines and Classic Coaches reserves the
right to cancel tours alter prices, itineraries, arrange
alternative transportation, accommodation and services,
or to cancel due to operational requirements. For this
reason, a phone number is needed when taking bookings,
in case of cancellation, so we can contact you. In the
event of cancellation by us, full refund will be given.
DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS
Executive Limousines and Classic Coaches Ltd guarantees
that all Drivers will carry a 'P Endorsement'. This endorsement
shows that the Land Transport Authority of New Zealand
regard Drivers as tested and fit to carry passengers in
a vehicle. Drivers undertake to take all reasonable care
and safety when driving tours. Drivers are English speaking.
It may be possible to arrange for an interpreter.
VEHICLES
All vehicles are inspected by Land Transport Authority
of New Zealand inspectors and carry a Certificate of Fitness
as a Passenger Service Vehicle.Please note that our vintage and classic
vehicles are genuine for that period and are required
to comply with modern safety regulations in place at the
time of their registration. Hence seat belts are NOT fitted
to these vehicles.
CHILDREN'S FARES
5-12 Years = 50% of adult price. Please note, under New
Zealand Legislation, children under 5 are required to
travel in a restraint at all times. The classic and vintage
vehicles do not have safety belts and therefore children
under 5 are not allowed to travel in these vehicles.
LEGAL AGE FOR DRINKING
Anyone wishing to participate in beer or wine tasting
must be over 18 years of age. (18 is the legal age in
New Zealand for consuming alcohol). The tour driver or
participating organizations may require proof of age and
may refuse participation on tasting to any one that cannot
prove their age when requested to do so.
SMOKING
Smoking in all of our vehicles is prohibited by New Zealand
Government legislation. Smoking inside restaurants and
vineyards is also prohibited, however smoking is allowed
outside at the destination owners discretion.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Executive Limousines and Classic Coaches Ltd may refuse
carriage to anyone who is or appears to be under the influence
of drugs or alcohol, or if it is necessary for the safety
or comfort or other passengers or for the protection of
property.
Passengers are required to comply with Executive Limousines
and Classic Coaches safety rules and emergency procedures
as instructed by the driver.
FITNESS
Please give us advanced warning of any special medical
or physical requirements and we will do our best to accommodate
you
FEE INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS
All prices shown are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).
Entry to gardens and destinations is NOT included in tour
price unless otherwise stated.
Anything not listed as included in tour price, such as
purchasing of wine, and meals at restaurants, cafes etc,
is NOT included in the tour price.
COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that a problem occurs during your
tour, it is important that you immediately inform the
Driver. If this is not sufficient to resolve the matter,
then contact our office on (03) 545 1765. If the matter
cannot be resolved satisfactorily at this time, you must
write to the office within 30 days of the tour, supplying
all the relevant details.
INDEMNITY
The Accident Compensation Corporation (www.acc.govt.nz)
administers New Zealand's accident compensation scheme,
which provides personal injury cover for all New Zealand
citizens, residents and temporary visitors to New Zealand.
In return, people do not have the right to sue for personal
injury, other than for exemplary damages. Executive Limousines
and Classic Coaches Limited is not therefore liable for
any property loss or damage and/or any damages resulting
in death or personal injury which may arise whilst on
our tours or when utilising any other service supplied
by us.
Accident, injury or death arising from client negligence
is not covered by Executive Limousines and Classic Coaches
Ltd.
Executive Limousines and Classic Coaches Ltd and its employees,
agents and officers, accept no responsibility for any
loss or damage whether personal or property, accident,
inconvenience or delay, personal injury or death which
may occur whilst on tour either as a result of any Act
of God, changes in weather or services, mechanical breakdowns,
strikes, fire or any other delays that may include additional
expenses that have been brought about by circumstances
beyond the company's control.
Whilst every care is taken in the selection of services
Executive Limousines and Classic Coaches Ltd make no representation
or guarantee as to the standard, class or fitness for
purpose of any services provided or places visited. Where
another company or persons provide such a service, Executive
Limousines and Classic Coaches Ltd is acting only as a
sales Agent. Responsibility and liability lies with that
organisation. |
